Revenues have grown @ 21% CAGR to hit INR 970.7 crores in FY 18 and EBITDA has grown at 25.2% CAGR to reach INR 155.5 crores in FY 18 . The company has been consistently clocking EBITDA of ~15%. It generates 100 crores of PAT every year.  They incurred Employee Cost of INR 629 crores in FY 18 and thus you have a great opportunity to grow, since Human Capital is their biggest cost as well as revenue driver.

Important parameters are Salary, which for June 2019 batch CAs has been  INR ~ 7.75 lacs p.a. + Variable. Salary not a function of attempts and hence you are not penalised for higher number of attempts.

CA Dropouts also get a good career option here , with annual salary of ~4-5 lacs p.a.  After CA Final, you can join as a FTH (Fixed Term Hire) , drawing 30k per month and later get converted into a Permanent Employee upon clearing CA

Graduates also have a good career path as the company later sponsors your CPA.

Deloitte’s culture and work-life balance is praiseworthy and much better than a lot of other KPOs. You have access to seniors across the hierarchy. Managers and Senior Managers sit in cubicles beside you. One challenge can be the Time Zone Gap between India and USA, as a lot of concalls may happen during night as US Clients move into office.

How will be my Growth Trajectory. Based on performance, you can move up the ranks quickly and become Manager/Senior Manager and a few eventually also become VP/Director/MD/Partner. Definitely as the pyramid tapers, the competition will increase.

Exit Options are quite decent if you want to move to other KPOs like that of Big 5 or captive ones like AIG.
